Personally, being reachable, and communicating is such a core function of being a City Council member, that this doesn't seem like it should be a question.  My goal is to return all calls and email within 36 hours.  Simple questions answered on first call, more complex ones might require confirmation of the question/issue, and further interaction with staff. But anyone who has one of my campaign cards has my personal cell phone number, and if elected, it will be available for anyone who reaches out through published channels.  

Yes, absolutely, 100% I have proper permission for the signs on Lebanon road. 

Place 4 is one of the single member districts with The Colony.  It is generally the North West quadrant of the city, with an exact map here:

Long term, and short term rentals are both legitimate property uses, so long as they are operated responsibly.  However, advertising a short term rental as "party friendly" appears to skirt the zoning regulations for single family dwelling, by effectively operating a small event center in the middle of a residential neighborhood.  If you have heard some of the public hearing input, you would realize you would not want to live next to a short term rental being operated this way. I believe this is one place where some cautious regulation to remove small event center type uses, while continuing to allow vacation and business travel use is the correct answer.
